Nicolas Deloux

Nicolas is one of the founders of ConSideR Group and its managing partner. He has more than 8 years of experience in CSR and international development issues having worked, before starting Consider group, for international NGOs in Central Asia and in London.

Nicolas holds a BA in Economics and Political Science (University of Grenoble, France) as well as a Master degree in International Relations (University of Sydney, Australia).

Thomas Le Jeune

Thomas is ConSideR's IT Manager. In this role, he is in charge of the realisation of Rich Internet Applications (production of 3D isometric charts based on CSR statistics), the development of dynamic websites and the realization of the company's visual identity.

Thomas holds a Master in Internet engineering and ICT as well as a DUT in communication services and networking from the university of Caen. He further holds a professional license in the development and protection of cultural heritage.

Oliver Soo

Oliver is ConSideR's Office Manager and is in charge of the day to day running of the administrative, HR, financial, accounting and customer relation issues at ConSideR.

Besides, Oliver equally serves as researcher for CSR related assignments. Oliver is an expert in CSR benchmarking, in introducing CSR in a company culture and in the communication and marketing of CSR initiatives

Oliver holds a Master degree in Corporate Communication from the ULB (Université Libre de Bruxelles), and a Post-master degree in International Strategic and Commercial Communication from the IHECS (Institut des Hautes Etudes des Communications Sociales). Since Septembre 2010, he's been following a Complementary Master in Management at Solvay Business School in Brussels.
